CoFinish（“本服务”“我们”，网站 www.cofinish.com）是一款将 PPTX / PDF / 图片转换为可编辑网页演示的 AI 工具，由一名独立开发者运营。本政策说明我们如何收集、使用、存储和保护你的信息。使用本服务即表示你已阅读并同意本政策。

1. 我们收集的信息

  • 账户信息：注册邮箱、加密存储的密码、所在地区/语言偏好。
  • 你上传的内容：你上传的 PPTX、PDF、图片，以及由此生成的网页演示、缩略图等，用于向你提供转换与编辑服务。
  • 使用与计费数据：AI 操作次数、导出次数、套餐额度与交易记录、任务记录。
  • 支付信息：支付由 Lemon Squeezy 作为销售记录方（Merchant of Record）处理。我们不存储你的完整银行卡号，仅接收订单状态、金额、币种等必要信息。
  • 技术信息：IP 地址、浏览器与设备信息、访问日志、必要的 Cookie。

2. 我们如何使用这些信息

  • 提供、运行和维护本服务（包括 AI 生成、编辑、导出、演示）。
  • 处理订阅、充值与按量计费，并维护你的钱包余额。
  • 提供客户支持、发送服务相关通知。
  • 保障安全、预防滥用与欺诈。
  • 在汇总/去标识的前提下分析与改进产品。

3. AI 处理与第三方

为实现核心功能，我们会将必要数据共享给以下类别的第三方：

  • 你连接的 AI 服务商：你上传的内容与指令会发送给你所连接的第三方 AI 接口（OpenAI 或其兼容接口）进行生成或编辑；你需自备其账户/密钥，其隐私政策适用于该环节。
  • 支付服务商 Lemon Squeezy：作为 MoR 处理收款、开票与税务，其隐私政策同样适用于支付环节。
  • 云主机与对象存储：用于存放上传文件、生成的站点与缩略图。

除上述为提供服务所必需的情形、法律要求，或你另行同意外，我们不会出售你的个人信息。

4. 数据存储与保留

你的内容在账户存续期间会被保留，以便你随时访问和编辑。你可以删除单个演示，或注销账户；删除后，相关内容会在合理期限内从我们的活动系统中移除。出于法律、财务与审计需要，部分交易记录可能依法保留更长时间。

5. Cookie

我们使用必要 Cookie 维持登录状态，并使用偏好 Cookie 记住你的语言选择。你可以在浏览器中清除 Cookie，但这可能影响部分功能。

6. 数据安全

我们采用传输层加密、访问控制等合理措施保护你的信息。但请知悉：没有任何一种互联网传输或存储方式是绝对安全的。

Privacy Policy

CoFinish ("the Service", "we", "us"; www.cofinish.com) is an AI tool that converts PPTX / PDF / images into editable web presentations, operated by an independent individual developer. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your information. By using the Service you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: your sign-up email, a hashed password, and your region/language preference.
  • Content you upload: the PPTX, PDF and images you upload, and the web presentations, thumbnails and other artifacts generated from them, used to provide the conversion and editing service.
  • Usage & billing data: AI operation counts, export counts, plan quota and transaction records, task records.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as the Merchant of Record. We do not store your full card number; we only receive necessary order data such as status, amount and currency.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, access logs, and essential cookies.

2. How we use this information

  • To provide, operate and maintain the Service (AI generation, editing, export, presentation).
  • To process subscriptions, top-ups and pay-as-you-go billing, and to maintain your wallet balance.
  • To provide customer support and send service-related notices.
  • To ensure security and prevent abuse and fraud.
  • To analyze and improve the product on an aggregated/de-identified basis.

3. AI processing & third parties

To deliver core functionality, we share necessary data with the following categories of third parties:

  • The AI provider you connect: the content and instructions you submit are sent to the third-party AI endpoint you connect (OpenAI or a compatible endpoint) to generate or edit results; you supply your own account/key, and its privacy policy applies to that step.
  • Payment provider Lemon Squeezy: as Merchant of Record, it handles collection, invoicing and taxes; its privacy policy also applies to the payment process.
  • Cloud hosting and object storage: used to store uploaded files, generated sites and thumbnails.

Except where necessary to provide the Service, required by law, or where you have otherwise consented, we do not sell your personal information.

4. Data storage & retention

Your content is retained while your account is active so you can access and edit it at any time. You may delete individual presentations or close your account; after deletion, the related content is removed from our active systems within a reasonable period. Certain transaction records may be retained longer where required for legal, financial or audit purposes.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and a preference cookie to remember your language choice. You can clear cookies in your browser, but some features may be affected.

6. Data security

We use reasonable measures such as encryption in transit and access controls to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure.

7. International transfers

To provide the Service, your data may be processed and stored outside your country or region. By using the Service you consent to such cross-border processing.

8. Your rights

9. Minors

The Service is not directed to anyone under 16. If we learn we have inadvertently collected a minor's information, we will delete it.
