退款与取消政策

本政策说明 CoFinish（www.cofinish.com）订阅的退款与取消规则。所有付款与退款由 Lemon Squeezy 作为销售记录方（Merchant of Record）处理，退款将按原支付方式退回。

1. 订阅（Basic / Pro）

随时取消：你可以随时取消订阅。取消后当期已付费的服务将持续到本计费周期结束，之后不再续费、不再扣款。
7 天退款：自每次购买或自动续费起 7 天内，且当期的 AI 操作额度尚未使用（或仅有极少量使用），可申请全额退款。超过 7 天，或当期额度已被使用，则不予退款。

2. 免费额度

新用户赠送的 20 次 AI 操作为免费体验，无现金价值，不可退款或兑现。

3. 如何申请退款

请发送邮件至 [email protected]，附上注册邮箱、订单号与退款原因。我们会在 5 个工作日内审核，符合条件的退款通过 Lemon Squeezy 退回原支付方式（到账时间以发卡行/支付渠道为准）。

4. 例外情形

订阅为 CoFinish 工具的使用权，不含 AI 用量。因未连接或未正确配置你自己的 AI 接口（OpenAI 密钥或兼容接口）导致无法使用 AI 功能，不属于可退情形。对于存在欺诈、滥用、违反服务条款等情形的账户，我们保留拒绝退款的权利。

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: June 26, 2026

This policy sets out the refund and cancellation rules for CoFinish (www.cofinish.com) subscriptions. All payments and refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy as the Merchant of Record, and refunds are returned to the original payment method.

1. Subscriptions (Basic / Pro)

Cancel anytime: you may cancel at any time. After cancellation, the service you have already paid for continues until the end of the current billing period; it then stops renewing and you are not charged again.
7-day refund: within 7 days of each purchase or auto-renewal, and provided the current period's AI operations are unused (or only negligibly used), you may request a full refund. After 7 days, or if the period's allowance has been used, no refund is available.

2. Free credits

The 20 free AI operations granted to new users are a free trial, have no cash value, and are not refundable or redeemable.

3. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your account email, order number and the reason for the refund. We review requests within 5 business days, and eligible refunds are returned via Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method (settlement timing depends on your card issuer/payment channel).

4. Exceptions

A subscription grants the right to use the CoFinish tool and does not include AI usage. Inability to use AI features because you have not connected or correctly configured your own AI endpoint (OpenAI key or a compatible endpoint) is not eligible for a refund. We also reserve the right to decline refunds for accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violations of the Terms of Service.
